12 Week Winter Challenge

Each week is tailored to your schedule and includes:

  • 2x 1 hour Personal Training sessions with Lee per week

  • 1x cardio session at Zest per week

  • Nutritional guidance and support

  • 4x body composition analysis, including:

    • Body fat percentage

    • Lean muscle mass

    • Visceral fat level

    • Basal metabolic rate

    • Muscle balance

  • Cost: $200 per week

Body composition measurement dates

  • Initial: 4th June

  • 4 week: 2nd July

  • 8 week: 30th July

  • 12 week: 27th August
